Outstanding! My first experience with Contra Costa Powersports was yesterday and I very impressed with the level of professionalism, service, and human kindness (yes, human kindness!!!). I came in for a factory fuel pump recall inspection and left with my bike being cleared from the recall and went with the service that Ricky recommended while my bike was in the shop. Ricky (service manager) was incredible. For the recall inspection the recommendation was to bring the bike in without a full tank of gas....I literally came on fumes, and was concerned I might not make it to a gas station after the inspection.. I saw atv I want at Contra Costa Powersports a 2026 CForce 500. They take trade in I filled out the information and was contacted by Ian the very next day. I told to bring it in I was greeted by Ian had nice great conversation with him about what I was looking for. Service looked over my trade I was given a reasonable deal and made my perched. The preparation was going to take a while. So Ian informed me that I could wait or they would deliver it for free to my home. I took him up on his offer and it was delivered few short hours later that day. I'm very satisfied with the process and the professional and courteous manor Ian and his team took care of me.

Very responsive sales team, cash purchase via wire transfer, and they delivered the bike to my home at no additional charge. Easiest purchase in years. This is a great bike shop!
