I had an extremely disappointing experience with Convenient Collision Solutions. I brought my car in for repairs, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare. The repairs were not done correctly, and my car came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. There were visible issues that clearly indicated a lack of attention to detail and poor workmanship. Despite bringing these concerns to Mike (Michael Gravette), the owner, there was no satisfactory resolution. Instead of taking responsibility and correcting the mistakes, I was met with excuses and delays. Convenient Collision services were incredible to work with in handling repairs for two cars. Their cost to repair two cars was cheaper than the cost to repair one car as quoted by another company. Having the repairs handled at our homes made the process as stress free as possible. I highly recommend their team.

A valet scratched my car. One text to CCS and they were able to get there the same day and buff out the scratch right in my driveway. They even handled the billing back to the valet.

Mike is amazing, helped me fix and troubleshoot an issue with my RAM 1500 for no charge.
