Converse County Auto Repair

If I could put absolutely no stars I would! This place is awful! We brought a car to them to get an alternator replaced, they did the work $1,200 worth. The car drove okay for a week or two and was acting up again, so we took it back in and they said the alternator was fine they charged the battery so we went on driving it again, well after 3 months it starts acting up again, charged the battery and it was good for another 3 months. Then took a crap on us so we replaced the battery thinking that was the problem, nope it started acting up again so we took it to a shop in Casper for them to tell us that the alternator was bad!! Went back to converse county auto to see what they could do for us…nothing they can do it’s outside of their repair window warranty. What’s frustrating is we tried ta

A couple of years ago I brought my honda in for an oil change and they broke my exhaust pipe while driving it up on a 4 post lift. They still charged me full price, didn't seem at all sorry and all they did was cobble my exhaust together with bailing wire when it only took two bolts for me to fix.
