Today I paid $34.99 for the supreme wash and left feeling like I got scammed.… I went mid morning when it was not busy and they had plenty of people working the wash bay. vacuum was rushed obviously since they left visible dirt and debris on the all weather mats. The wash was no better unfortunately, leaving dirt on the rear window you’d think the staff would do a visual inspection of the vehicle before releasing it. I had been here before many months ago and recall they did a mediocre job then too. This business needs new management or something to improve dramatically. I won’t be coming back and recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I will not be returning to this business. I paid over $200, plus a tip, for a full detailed car wash. During the service, the technicians opened the hood, and it is evident that they saw the mice nest inside. Instead of informing me, they simply closed the hood and said nothing. I later discovered the nest myself a few days later when I opened the hood to check the oil. This level of negligence and complete lack of professional responsibility is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect honesty and basic communication, especially when a potential issue is clearly visible. Their failure to disclose something so important shows both disregard and disrespect. Spent $100 on a mini detail and it looks no different than an exterior $30 wash complete waste of money. There were still dirt spots on the vehicle and places had not even been wiped down properly. Will not be going back

This place has gone to poop. I’ve been going there for 20 years but with a gap in between. I returned expecting normal service but omg they suck now! They dont even wipe inside properly. They all look like they hate their job and therefore dont do it. They leave the exterior wet. They wipe down the driver side dash but not the passenger side when i paid for the wipe down. The place on othello has had good reviews. I will have to find a new go to place because Ive thrown away $100 on 2 wahes that left my car looking the same. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. They left the rear window disgusting. How embarrassing!!

No idea how this place doesn’t have better reviews! The service was excellent. Alonzo answered my phone call before I arrived. He didn’t hesitate to help me (even though they closed in two hours). When I arrived, he knew exactly who I was and patiently listened to me. He was respectful, courteous, and made sure that my car was cleaned the best it’s ever been. And wow let me tell you he didn’t disappoint! This is the best complete detail job I’ve ever had. My seats have never looked so shiny. My wheels and paint were cleaned with precision and care! I’m so glad I finally found a trustworthy car detailing place and next to a spa! I would 1000% recommend this place for all your car wash and detailing needs! This was an affordable experience overall the best deal I’ve found in San Diego. You
