DO NOT USE!! LONG WAIT. 1-2 MONTHS WAIT. This is the service i used many years. They def charge you a premium and more but they used to get the job done. I dropped off a truck on 12/15/25 and today is 1/20/26 they just looked at the truck yesterday or today. I will be lucky if i leave this place in a week or two. Very backed up and slow. They should rather reject customers rather then keep your truck month before even looking at it or two months to do a repair on it. Not sure if they are understaffed but something is going on.

Would not recommend this place if you trying to purchase a truck , drove 5 hours just to see Hino 26ft truck. Agreed on a price Brian ask me to secure a reservation by leaving a check for 15.000$ which I did and he mentioned that he will send me maintenance record for this truck tomorrow. Next morning I woke up and saw on my bank statement he deposited a check which we DIDN’T AGREED ON ! I didn’t have any contract or interest rate from financing company why would you do that! I would completely understand if that was a 1000$ check which you can deposit but men 15.000$ that’s a lot for nothing

Truck broke in Syracuse. Brought to this service. Truck needed new EGR cooler. Driver came there on Thursday morning and on Friday afternoon it was done. Can’t express enough how thankful i am. Plus everything was paid by warranty. Reception lady is very responsive and polite. Thank you guys.

Have had my truck for three weeks, lied about being able to find a part aftermarket as I found it minutes. Looking to get back to work but seems as if it’s not important to them. Won’t do business again if I don’t have to

Great buch of guys. Once they started my repairs it didn't take long. The only drawback is they are short staffed due to Covid. I arrived at 6pm just as the workshop was closing and had to wait overnight. There yard is small with limited parking
