Cook Chevrolet Service

Working with Michael was a really good experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and made the process straightforward and low stress. The finance manager was great to work with as well. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

My vehicle was supposed to have been fixed but a couple days later the same Service ESC light came on. I took it back in and they had it for 2 weeks and couldn't find the issue. When I picked it up the check engine light was on!! So now the same light comes on and I've told them that when I turn a corner the Service ESC light comes on. So frustrating! I have a warranty and it's about to run out so this issue needs to be fixed. I believe I will have to bring it to another dealership.

Service is not good. Can't even get a vehicle to drive, a car not a truck, to drive when car is getting fixed. Then they tell you nothing wrong. Have to keep my car at 65 to get the air cool enough with the air on.

Bought a brand new 2500 HD. Two weeks later i was in the service center cause of the truck making a horrible sound everytime I turned. Cooks service center stated it was fixed just needed to tighten up the Ubolts. Well the problem wasn't fixed. I called to speak to someone and they weren't concern. I have lost trust and faith into cooks.
