Ray and Charles did a fantastic job with repairs to my truck after someone backed into it. Ray is very kind and was very helpful to me while dealing with my insurance company. The guys also did some minor non-insurance related paint fixes at a great price at the same time. Ray kept me updated on the repair progress with pics every step of the way from start to finish. Ray the owner is a fantastic person, he's friendly and open and lets you know if he can fix your problem without a bunch of excuses or promises that he can't make happen. We had him work on our 2026 Genesis GV-70 and the outcome was way over what we expected. This man has the knowledge and the tools to basically repair any dent you throw at him. And if he can't he'll be honest with you and tell you he can't. So glad we discovered Cookeville Dent Repair and hooked up with Ray. He will be our go to guy for any future dent repairs. Also, Charlie (Ray’s co-worker) did a great job taking out scratches and doing paint touch-ups. A one stop shop.
