I had a really positive experience working with Cool Springs Collision Center, and Christian L. in particular was outstanding throughout the process. He was extremely responsive, paid attention to the details, and made sure I always knew what was going on. While my insurance company had trouble providing timely updates, Christian stayed proactive and kept the communication flowing so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. I had a great experience with Cool Springs Collision Center, especially working with Christian L. He was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and stayed on top of communication every step of the way. While my insurance company struggled to provide updates, Christian consistently followed through and kept me informed. They were transparent about the estimates and the process, and Christian went above and beyond — even helping retrieve personal items from my vehicle after it was declared a total loss. Losing a car is stressful, but he made a tough situation much easier to navigate. I really appreciate the professionalism and care. Highly recommend.

Recently was involved in an accident and had my vehicle towed to this location for the repair estimate. Josh (case manager) and Malaurie (receptionist) were extremely kind and helpful and helped make this process very easy for me. They worked very fast to communicate with my insurance to get this figured out.

Kind of a unique situation here but I just have to brag on this team. I was in a hit & run accident and really didn't know where to start with the process of getting things handled. Darren went above and beyond to answer any question I had and was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. I'm from out of state and my insurance ended up requiring me to take it to a different shop. Even then, Darren was still so helpful in coordinating vehicle pickup. ZERO change in service quality after finding out they weren't getting the business. Class act all around.

I received consistent updates on the status of my vehicle and they were always helpful on the phone. I got the impression that they do their best to provide good service to the customer. I'm not too sure about the paint quality. They did a great job matching the color, but there is at least one spot of contamination, and there are also small pits/black spots on the lower portion. It isn't extremely noticeable, but I'm not sure this is what should be leaving the shop. It beats what it looked like before though.
