I purchased a really great car from Joe Cooper in Mid-West city. I love my Mazda Cx-9. What I don’t love is the amount of times I have been pulled over in it. You see I haven’t been able to register it in my name. Almost 5 months later still nothing from them. Calling is hilarious, I have been told it’s in the mail so many times I’m sick of it. And what can I do about it?

This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever seen. I had problems with the car early on as it was a complete lemon and I worked with them to get one of the many problems resolved but it was a money pit. I sold the car in May and wanted a refund on my warranty and they are giving me the runaround on something I paid for. Now they are trying to send the refund to the bank that has no dealings with it as the car was paid off last year and gave lien release and title to that company that bought it and they are trying to hold my money saying they don’t have a lien release. They are awful and would not recommend anyone to buy from them because you will be lied to right off the bat. They are the worst dealership in Oklahoma as far as I am concerned. This dealership is a bunch of liars that does not honor their word! I bought a used 2022 Ram from the Ford Dealership in Yukon they added over $13k in added services and warranties. I asked to have them removed and they told me I had 90 days to consider and would get a 100% refund. I hand delivered a letter and warranty copy as instructed and it took over 5 months to get a partial refund. I have argued for the rest and they still have not refunded $1400 that they promised they would. I am considering litigation if not resolved in 10 days. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. Very happy with Cooper Auto group. They were able to follow through with everything they said they would do once I purchased my vehicle. Some of these things were only mentioned over a handshake and they would have not been legally liable to do so. That goes a long way these days. I will buy my next vehicle at one of their dealerships. For now they have a lifelong customer.
