I used my insurance to request road side assistance and he responded in adequate time. My time frame was 30-60 minutes (weather was 6 degrees) and he made it to me in less than 5 minutes. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!

I needed to tow my car to the service center that was a ways away. Cooper gave me a very reasonable rate and was prompt in coming to pickup my car. It was towed on a flatbed and delivered with no issues. I was also sent pictures when my car made it to the destination.

It was 6pm on a Sunday, I called around 9 different tow trucks, he was the one who answered, he was prompt, nice, helpful, courteous, showed up on time, and did what he said he was going to do. Sometimes it feels like there aren’t too many people in this world that want to work and are honest. Mr. Cooper is just that. Hopefully I’ll never need his assistance again, but if I do and I’m in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services!
