Entire process was painless and easy (at least on their end, don't get Progressive insurance 😒). Repair was done perfectly and the car looks like new. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Hopefully I won't need to get another repair, but if I do, this is where I'll take my car.

Dishonest about finishing timeframes. If you aren’t confident of a pickup date, then news flash, don’t give me one yet. Pushes pick up date over and over again with little to no communication. You will go well past any rental coverage by insurance working with these people. If you don’t have multiple vehicles in the family then you would be screwed, because this business is not going to care that you don’t have a car. Almost every person you call and talk to has been disrespectful and if they really lack that communication skill they need to hire a real receptionist. It is so obvious you don’t have enough employees to handle the load of work you take on. Had car sent over for smashed headlight from Deer collision.. AAA.. very professional and reliable did exactly what they said they would and kept their timetable.. had to drive one hour so really appreciated their professionalism..

Incredible service! We started using Cooper's when we needed body work, after the recommendation of our auto tech. It's been over 20 years and although they never have disappointed us, this repair result was the BEST ever. My car was detailed incredibly well. Looked like it just left the showroom when it was new! They even shined the TIRES!!!! WOW! Thanks for your excellent work. We will ONLY use Cooper's Auto Body for our repairs. Now, if the deer population will just be controlled... ;)
