Cooper Corvettes

I recently purchased a 2014 C7 Corvette Z51 from Coppers Corvettes. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I tend to buy cars every 2 to 3 years so I have been to multiple franchise dealerships so I would know. I dealt with Joey every step of the way. He was informative and answered all my questions and concerns on multiple occasions. They even allowed me to bring my own mechanic to do an inspection on the vehicle. Joey kept informed every step of the way. I did my own financing with my credit union. This a small but mighty dealership. Don’t hesitate to buy from them. They are no extra or hidden fees. Remember customer service? These folks sure do! I could write a book on the topic after my experience with Cooper's Corvettes! I took a huge leap of faith and bought a classic car from these folks without ever even going to see it or drive it. Crazy you say? Maybe. But I didn't make it easy for these guys. Countless phone calls texts and emails with both Mr Cooper (a true gentlemen and old school car guy. He gets it!) And Joey on the sales floor. Joey, you are the man. A true asset to that organization. I drove this guy crazy making me videos of this car from every angle, in it, under it, driving it you name it. Great quality inventory. Well prepared used corvettes with honest history. Trust is everything and they earned it from door to door the entire experience was one that left me feeling good inside. Nothing shady I not once had that feeling of needing to look deeper or concern if I am not getting the truth or part of the truth. Will do business here again and have full confidence to recommend to family and friends. Trust. That is the word here. Good cars is important too of course. But trust. That is paramount.

One word. OUTSTANDING! I called Joey and asked him to locate a Corvette for me. In less than 30 days I get a call the he had pinned one down. It was in excellent shape (much better than I would have expected for the year). Then the process was made damn near seamless from then to the time I took delivery. AWESOME car at a great price....I feel like this is the rule and not the exception. Once purchased, Joey took the time to walk me through the features and accessories of my new (to me) Corvette. He even gave me a few tips on how to drive it! It's unfortunate that all I can do is recommend this dealer....I feel like I should do more!

I secured funding and Dealer took the non-refundable deposit as I was waiting for the check to get cut. Got a call from Bob who said they could not sell me the car because Joey really messed up and upset a customer who had been trying to buy the same corvette for a month and had not yet put a deposit on it. They told me they could no longer sell me the car and refund me since the other customer was upset and he was able to get financed. My credit now has a hard inquiry on it and I have an approved loan on a car I can't even get. I will never look into buying from this dealer again and will never suggest anyone buy from them. I will also be looking into how to submit a complaint to the the state and any dealer associations along with making sure Virginia dealers are allowed to take non-re
