Dustin was on point.... Cooper's automotive. I called for a oil change. I work overnights mind you. It's truly hard to get appointments that fits in my time frame. Dustin had a opening got me right in. So my inspection was up in a month when he did my oil change he showed me all the pictures and paperwork how my car truck was in perfect condition with all the fluids of what my coolant was supposed to be looking like plus the things I had know idea about. It put me at ease I've never had A shop do that for me before truly impressed. What a great job. My tires we're low on threads. So I booked the next appointment with him he put brand new tires on my truck balanced them at such a great price low profile tires mind you once again in out. Dustin, you're the man. Really happy with my experience here. They took pictures of my car showing me everything that was wrong with it. I wasn’t pressured into doing anything that wasn’t necessary. They worked with me, and explained everything they did and the prices. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

So we call them up to see how much it would cost for them to remove the old refrigerant out of the AC of Our van, They wouldn't give Us a price over the phone, They tell us to bring it in that way they could quote us.. So Steve over his lunch break decided to go there just to see exactly what they would quote Us. He gets there and They tell him that because They don't know if We had any stop leak or anything put in it that they can't do anything about the removal, because their system is brand new and they don't want to contaminate their system... SMH!

Although my car failed inspection it was NOT due to Coopers Automotive. It was a lack of prior maintenance from the person I bought the car from. With that said. Dustin and Justin are two mechanics there that are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also provide pictures of what is wrong with details of it. So your not left wondering. Did it really need brakes or a sway bar link. I highly recommend this garage and the honesty, along with the friendliness they displayed right from the beginning. A++++
