If I could give more than five stars, I would. As soon as the tow truck dropped my Mack off, the guys at Cooper Roadside went straight to work without hesitation. The owner is one of the most respectful and down-to-earth individuals I’ve ever met in this industry. It’s rare to find someone who treats you with such dignity, especially when you’re broke down and stressed. On top of that, the mechanic who worked on my truck was not only easy to talk to, but also brought over 40 years of experience, particularly with Mack trucks. That kind of expertise is something money can’t always buy. They didn’t just slap parts on and call it a day they went above and beyond, they used their own connections to find my specific parts which saved me a ton of money. Absolute lifesaver!!! Starter died on my KW at the rest area at 430 in the afternoon. Came out diagnosed ran to Jackson for the part and had us rolling within a few hours. Very fair prices and honest!!
