Late Post: I’m from TN and on July 18, 2025, I was on vacation with family traveling from Savannah, GA to ATL to finish out our vacation when the vehicle we were in quit in Twin City, we couldn’t get an uber, lift or taxi or roadside assistance to come pick us up, but my guy from enterprise in Jackson, Tn called Cooper’s to come and tow the vehicle and take us Savannah airport to get another vehicle. He took really good care of us, he was professional and we felt safe with him. I know this is a long review but I had to spread the goodness of this company. My family and I thank you very much. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

I talked with Brooke to set up a long out of town tow. Brooke was very polite and professional. The driver called when he got to my car (forget his name) and I felt like I was talking to a friend. My car was delivered without issues. If you want peace of mind with your tow service, contact Cooper’s!

Price gouging at its finest! It's obvious they're using the money for overcharging people to buy reviews on here. They were neither fast nor cheap $350 when they didn't have my vehicle a little over 12 hrs. Then the guy had the audacity to try and convince me this was cheap while blaming the computer system for the price. But in the spirit of fairness the lady was nice to my mother when she picked the car up but I can see why if I were overcharging by like $150 too

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The absolute best professionalism and curiosity to the customer. Had to use them very unexpectedly, and they were prompt and very accommodating. Will use again. I definitely recommend them!! Names I remember are Mr. Clint helped me with taking my payment and making arrangements, and Mr. David Faircloth helped me as well. Thanks again, you all!!
