THANK YOU!!!!! at 530 on a Saturday morning I was in the middle of nowhere headed to work when my tire blew. I called their company and the owners were on their way to Sigourney. They picked me up right off the side of the road and got me to work with a minute to spare! They got my car towed to Phelps and my car was returned by 10am with working back tires. All this on a holiday weekend. If I could rate this company higher I would. Again, Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I were moving across the country and on Day 1, we had a tire blow out. It was the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, so it took AAA an hour to find a provider that was available to help us...but once they got a hold of Copeland, everything was resolved without a hitch! Steve pulled up exactly on time and was more than willing to go out of his way (literally) to get us to Des Moines, which was still an hour away. These guys were friendly and accommodating; I have no complaints at all!!

After it had rained for 4 days straight, I wrecked my car on a gravel road. This was about 9 p.m., so after normal working hours and all workers were home. Steve arrived within 30 minutes and had my car out of the steep ditch. Bobby and Liz were so kind when I needed to come multiple times to get pictures, things out of my car and even took my license plates off for me when I couldn't get there before the insurance company was going to have it picked up. I will continue using them and hoping I don't have to!

I have quite literally been saved by Copeland's multiple times. I know they drop everything to help a customer and even if it just means helping them to get to work on time. They are the best in reliability and customer service.

Last summer I had Copeland's replace a fuel pump for me. It took them 6 weeks, two fuel pumps and a GM mechanic before it was done. When I picked it up the gas gauge was on E because they forgot to put a part back on the pump. $800 and 6 WEEKS LATER I finally got it home. It was parked all winter long got it out two weeks ago, not even 1000 miles put on it since the fuel pump was replaced and it stranded me in West DSM. After getting is diagnosed by a certified GM mechanic they said it was a faulty fuel pump. I called Copeland's and they won't refund my $800 that I paid them to fix it. It will cost me over $1000 to get it fixed correctly where it sits now. Copeland's told me I would have to pay for a tow to get it to them for it to be rediagnosed and replaced. It's not their problem now b
