This is the best auto shop in town! Our car was brought to them after an accident. The tow truck company damaged the car further. Every. Single. Employee. Every single one helped us manage the chaos. They talked to insurance and the tow company, they taught us how to get what we needed from the insurance company and they fought so hard for us and the car. They are honest, reliable, and just downright amazing. They have a forever customer now! Big shout out to the owner John!! He handles everything with care, compassion, and although he is running a business, the money didn’t come first. I love these guys and this place!

We had another great experience with Copley collision! I can't say enough about these guys. They are so easy to work with! They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I was so sad to get hit by an out of control driver, but so thankful Copley Collision could help! Not that these guys probably need it, but I highly recommend!!

Had my STI get the front and rear end redone and it arguably looked better when I got it back than before it was wrecked. Body work was perfect and the paint was glass, blended perfectly to match the rest of the car. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else

Excellent repair shop! Tommy and the rest of the crew had the best customer service including walking through all the insurance paperwork. Would recommend this place to anyone!
