The lady at the counter is terrible! I was hit by a guy that didn't have insurance and she was rude treated me as though I was a criminal everyone else was nice and polite. If you're ever in a wreck have it towed somewhere else if it's not drivable unfortunately mine is totaled.

5/2/23 I'll never come back for any reason. I didnt lie to the credit card company. Funny no response until I disputed it! Check the mileage on all of my receipts. Doesn't match the lies told on driving it after each repair. I didn't have my car an hour after the last pick up & y'all charged my insurance for the tow. Asked me for my telephone number, but you had it an entire month. If I'd known owners had changed, you would've never gotten my business or referrals for others.
