Copperhead Refinishing

I just picked up my 2018 Chev Cruz after repair at Copperhead Refinishing, following a head on, out of nowhere, two adult deer. The front end was smashed, like it hit a poll at 35 mph. The repair that the guys did on the repair was UNBELIEVABLE. It looked like it was just driven out of the showroom. They made the whole experience seamless. They spoke with the insurance adjuster and all we had to do is pick up a covered rental. So , if you ever have the painful occasion of getting in an accident; tell your adjuster you want the car taken to Copperhead. Call them , give them some necessary info and prepared for what you think is impossible . You will be overly pleased with the final result. Be prepared to feel like part of their family

My wife had our 2020 4Runner painted to repair some mini damage. We picked it up April 13 and the white color wasn’t even close. How someone could think this is reasonable is unbelievable. When my wife called to ask them to correct the color they agreed to do so but didn’t even apologize. No apology when we returned or when she picked it up. The second time was still a terrible match. Please see the pictures below. They say it all. This is copperhead’s quality. My recommendation stay clear. Save your money and your time.

Copperhead Refinishing did an absolutely fantastic job on my wife's vehicle - everything was fixed perfectly and the car looks as good as new. Not only did they complete the work within the promised timeframe, but their pricing was fair and reasonable. I went in for a free estimate and the work was done as specified at the stated price. It was only a small job (two dents in the rear fender), but Copperhead took on the task and treated me well. The team was professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Upon picking up the car, it had also been thoroughly washed & vacuumed -it was like getting into a brand new car. If you need auto body work done in West Chester, this is the place to go. I have a small ding and another scratch on my car and I'll surely be calling Copperhead to get that
