I recently leased a Nissan Altima from Coral Springs Nissan and it was one of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership. Wayne was with me through the process from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and made me feel like family. Mauricio helped me get a great price! Jorge made the signing process truly painless. And Kayla helped me actually SAVE money on my insurance. Honorable mention to Carlos that helped with our questions over the phone and made sure we got the process started. Such a great team and an unforgettable experience. I will be sure to come back for my car leasing and buying needs.

Honestly, at 73 years old, I am really comfortable in saying that this was the most stress-free car-buying experience that I’ve EVER had. Internet rep, sales rep (Suleiman Sheikhs… Carlos) Sales Mgr (Jason), General Manager (Jason) and even the brand new/1st day rep (Bryan) were ALL absolutely fantastic customer service professionals. Found the make, model, exterior color, along with all the safety and comfort features, we wanted!! I would just like to share my good buying experience that I had with Bruce at Nissan pre-owned Coral Springs Auto Mall. This was my 1st stop of the day out of visiting 5 Car Dealerships (I wanted to look at all of my options) and at the end of the day I ending up back with Bruce. Unbelievable, extremely poor…the only one that apologized was the young man that sold me this brand new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder purchased December 24, 2025…. This incident could have taking me and possibly others out while I was driving on 75 last Friday… I pray that Nissan’s corporate office steps up and does the right thing in this situation… I have been made to feel like this was all my fault and the repair responsibility is on me… i am afraid to drive this vehicle again…as a United States Retired Veteran who has served 32 years in our military this is not acceptable. I wish that I could put 0 stars…
