This is my first time coming here and I met Ms Samantha Brown. Samantha Brown is a fantastic service advisor. She did an outstanding job helping me every step of the way. If I could give negative stars I would. Long story short I brought my Nissan Maxima in for door handle keyless entry not working. After multiple trips and wrong parts being fixed when I finally received my car back the mileage was up 20 miles and all my rims were damaged. This is a new car , clean no damages. Seems like someone took my car and drove it around. I brought this to their attention and they have yet to contact me to remedy this situation. Very infuriating .

Horrible service. I'm supposed to have free maintenance but I still get charged for oil change. They constantly try to get you to do expensive repairs even when it doesn't need it. Everything i get an oil change something goes wrong with vehicle before we even leave the lot. Completely horrible service

Coral Springs Nissan is a good dealership where I've bought a car for the second time. The first was for myself, and the second time as a broker for a good acquaintance of mine. The broker-agent at the dealership is very knowledgeable, intelligent, and nice. I highly recommend this dealership for any queries. The only thing that could make it even better compared to other dealerships would be if they offered free service up to 25-26,000 miles. However, they do provide good service, but only the first oil change and tire rotation are free. Overall, it's a 5-star experience, superb. Thanks to the team.

Made an appointment for 2pm and the customer service told me is like2.5 hour to 3hour wait I was like was the point of the appointment. The schedule system is garbage needs to work on that Update on review I went in again to give it another opportunity (9/16/2024) waited for the advisor to speak with me about car was an easy process and advisor was not pushy on any recommended repairs ... choose the one I need it and pay and left... they also had complementary food... food was great
