After calling 15 mechanic places from Phillips, SD to Sioux Falls, SD we decided to try to fix our suvs engine problem ourselves. The owners were extremely helpful!! They loaned us tools, helped to figure out what the problem was and were overall very friendly! We purchased every spark plug for a Ford Expedition they had and got our trip back on the road! We are so thankful for their helpful spirits!
On a Friday afternoon, didn't look like they were open. They were. Got some myself some synthetic oil and I was out the door on my way.
This store always goes out of its ways to help and special order anything that I need. Great personal customer service.
Best parts store! Also love that it is family owned, and everyone gets the best customer experience ever!
Had what I needed at a great price even let me go in n out with tools making sure I had what was needed. Old school style friendly environment.
