Cornerstone Automotive - Temple

Robert and his team are awesome. Never had anything but honest dealings at fair prices. We are lucky to have such an honest small repair shop here in Belton / West Temple. I've had 5 different cars there (big family!) and always treated respectfully with honest work at fair prices. I highly recommend Comerstone Automotive.

You will not find a more honest and trustworthy auto shop then the Cornerstone Automotive! I have been coming here since Robert opened the shop around 2016 or so. They go out of their way to assist. They have worked on all types of cars and trucks for me. They are honest and don't make you get something not needed. They work with you and always make it right. They are quick and communicate very well. The only place I trust. Thank-you, Cornerstone.

Called to get a quote on a diagnosis for my vehicle, the person who answered the phone must have been in a bad mood or something… I did not have a good first impression. They were very short and a little rude when I asked a simple question. Christian Brothers Automotive provided a much better customer experience over the phone.

In this day and age, particularly in the automotive markets, you really need to investigate the business before you approach for services. Cornerstone had a rating so high it looked artificial, but I read and read, and then I came. They were on point... everything was above board and as advertised / as reported. It's truly rare in this life and this nation to find someone as pleased as I am right now.

I used to go here for all of my car services, they used to let you book online and now you have to call, I wasnt sure what I needed and the man on the phone was rude and no help he sighed when I told him what was wrong and complained on how long it would take. So sad how good businesses go bad due to bad management *Received a call* After I left the review above I received a call from the management he apologized, and was very kind and understanding, seems they had the wrong guy on the phone or he must have had a bad day when I called first.
