Outstanding customer service. Gentleman who greets when you pull onto the service lane was friendly and a perfect start to my Corner Stone Ford repair service. Next was lovely Andrea who entered work order. What a smart, helpful and accommodating lady. Thank you both.. Thanks to the knowledgeable tech/ mechanic who did the diagnostics and repair. You are the best!!! I hope you are paid well so you stay and grow in your profession. Third brake light replacement was done seamlessly. Soroush was top-notch to work with. He sent photos, did a FaceTime call for video and overall very communicative. The finance team also were a pleasure to work with and got us out very quickly. Overall A+ experience.

I was helping my sister in law because her van broke down this week while my brother in law is on a deployment overseas. Cornerstone went above and beyond to get the vehicle in quickly for service even after a mixup that wasn't their fault. I couldn't speak more highly of the excellent customer service by their advisors and management and, of course, the mechanics who quickly diagnosed and repaired the vehicle. Thank you!

Verbally confirmed all repairs to be done. Repairs weren't done now have the inconvenience of taking my vehicle in to finish the repairs. Talked to service manager he said he would get back to me next day and possibly offer a discount. Haven't heard back yet it's been3 days.

I had my vehicle picked up for an oil change and to fix several recalls on Thursday. Thursday afternoon they said it would take longer to fix the recalls and my truck would be back by Friday. Friday they called and said the radio "crashed" and the vehicle isn't drive able and they didn't have parts needed. I wasn't offered a vehicle for the weekend and had to ask, they wouldn't give me a similar vehicle and I had plans to use my truck for the weekend.
