HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! my family and I have been coming here for years,not after today!! It's Saturday around 12:15 pm when I pulled up to get a smog on a rv,the older gentleman takes my paperwork and then turns around and tells me,"next time don't come at lunch time" I'm like ok, then I said we'll how am I supposed to know? You Need to close your shop for lunch if you wish not to be bothered by customers at your lunch hour otherwise customers will keep coming in no matter what time it is until closing time,maybe he was Hangry,but any way this establishment lost a loyal customer.
Quick service, standard pricing. Though logically a drive thru, takes the same time as any smog check.
Great experience here. Vince was great helped me with how to perform drive cycle and printout after my car failed only cause recent mechanic disconnected battery on minor work done, even though engine was fine. Came back couple days later and passed and very cheap price to retest. Highly recommend. Fast drive thru and great customer service.
I have been coming here since 2006. I absolutely love this spot for any smog needs. Usually in and out with virtually no waiting times. I even bring my Mom's car here when it needs a smog check. A few years ago i had purchased an old Honda i was planning on restoring for my son, anyway it failed smog miserably and had also showed in the computer that the same car had failed 4 times in a row previously. The Technician checked the fault codes for me and gave me a basic idea of what was wrong, bad O2 sensor,coolant temp sensor and another one i can't remember what it was, but i fixed the issues and they checked it again and it passed. The prices are extremely fair and honest. These guys don't try and hamstring ya and get you to have them fix your car if it fails like other shops do. These guy
