I just bought a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander on Saturday. We were just looking and comparing prices from other dealerships. The salesman Jonathan Rodriguez gave us such a good deal with the assistance of finance manager Jonathan Lightfoot. We couldn’t refuse. Both very friendly! The financing went smooth and was quick. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and have informed them multiple times that I am no longer in the market because I already bought a car from THEM!!!!! Despite this, they continue to text me asking if I’m “ready to buy,” completely disregarding my previous responses. What is most concerning is not just the repeated messages, but the fact that my prior complaints were ignored entirely. No acknowledgment. No apology. Just more sales texts. This demonstrates a serious lack of organization, communication, and respect for existing customers. They never message you about the forever warranty or when your car should be due for maintenance but I get multiple text a month if not week asking if I am ready to
