Buying a Car can be extremely taxing on the mind. JP was my sales rep. Melody was the woman I signed papers with. I put my trust in these two and they took care of me. Minor bump in the road with the car having a bad battery 2 days after the deal. But they were committed to making sure their customer was taken care of. I can't stress enough how amazing that felt to hear melody say "we got you bring it back." Though it was minor I still have other payment obligations and it would of set me back. I'm very thrilled not only with how honest they were but how they took initiative with making me happy AFTER the sale. This is a great place here in Corpus Christi to buy a vehicle. 2nd dealership I've gone through. I'd return to them and no where else. Don't discuss anything with the finance dept.

My experience here was really disappointing from the start. I came in for a specific car they had advertised, but it turned out that car wasn’t even available. The first salesman I spoke to didn’t seem interested in helping me find what I wanted—instead, he quickly pushed me toward a different vehicle without asking about my needs or preferences. Eventually, I found a car I liked, and he promised to fix a few things and have it ready for me the next day. When I came back, he wasn’t there, no one knew anything about the sale, and the car was still sitting in the same spot, untouched. I decided to be patient, thinking maybe something unexpected came up—but from that point on, it felt like they were just stringing me along. I just want to thank the floor manager Lorrie for helping me get my Chevy Malibu. She has been very helpful since the beginning making sure I am satisfied with my selection, even going out of her way to make things right by me, I really appreciate her and all she has done for me.

Customer service was AMAZING Lorrie, Jeremy ( Blanco ) and ms.melody were super professional and great with conversation. Super understanding and did what they could with what we had and they did NOT disappoint. Got us into a 2015 Nissan sentra and I fell in love ! 10/10 recommend. They have a customer for life !
