I had the absolute best experience purchasing my Tuscadero Pink ,Jeep Sahara from Cortese. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership and was met with the friendliest customer service. The entire experience was amazing. The dealership is family owned and operated and the atmosphere is inviting , the whole team is impeccable. Samantha is genuinely the funniest and nicest manager, “Uncle Rick “ and Weston in sales and Ray in finance , all made the trip completely worth it ,on top of the very ,exact vehicle ,color,options ,etc,I had been looking for ! I was amazed at the service provided. From arranging the test drive to actually purchasing the car and driving it home the same day, the process couldn't have been smoother ! A big thank you to Anna and Ray for their expertise and knowledge. Mike and his team took great care of me on my visit. They were able to fix my thermostat issue very quickly and get me back on the road. They also noticed an issue with a worn bearing that was affecting ride and road noise that I had attributed to worn tires. Jeep is riding smooth and silent again and feels as though its brand new.

Arrived to the dealership and after being made to wait for a salesman we were immediately asked about pricing before we could even express our desires to see vehicles first. We came in with an open mind so we wanted to look at various vehicles before expressing our budget. When we explained that the salesman left and didn’t return. He was stand off-ish & seemed to be way more concerned with what we could afford right away instead of allowing us to see what they offered and basing our budget off what we wanted.

My truck was just here for a battery replacement and honestly I had no problems other than it took a few days for them to get it done. Brought my truck back because it would not start again and the lack of communication at this place is absolutely infuriating. I let them know the first day that the truck was towed over and the issues it was having by the end of the day. My service advisor told me he were trying to look at it tomorrow and get back to me. No response on day two. On day three, it took me all day to even find out which service advisor had my vehicle (they didn’t even know ant first) and at that point no one had even looked at it. I’ve had ZERO updates on my vehicle that’s been there for a week. I’ve asked to retrieve items from the vehicle and NO RESPONSE from the Service Adv
