Extremely rude. II called to find out whether they complete routine maintenance, he asked me not to call if II was selling something. II told him II was interested in his business and he made little effort to reconnect. II asked about maintenance and he flatly said, we don’t do oil changes. Bad customer service.
They couldn't help me but they told me what to do so that I could get help.
