Bought a f250 through them. Had issues which should have been resolved with the warranty and weren’t. Has a Manifold leak which I brought it back for and they said they retorqued a bolt, which makes no sense to anyone with any type of mechanical knowledge. A bolt that gets hot and cold constantly isn’t gonna go loose, especially one connected to an engine block. And even then it didn’t fix the problem, their just to lazy to do the correct job, yet it’s under warranty. The next problem was a blown speaker, they claimed they would call me back when they find it. A month passed and nothing. Which isn’t a big deal but still. Next is a Rot hole though the floor board, which was hidden until I pulled the floor guards off. Which I totally understand if they don’t see but even some type of deducti

Went to try and get my emissions done here. Upon pulling into get my test done I was immediately confronted by an employee screaming at me about not pulling into the correct spot. There were no signs or guides present when pulling in. After I was screamed at by the employee I demanded to speak to a manager. The manger of the place was not helpful as well, he was very rude and unhelpful. I told him I just needed my emissions done and apologized for any issue I caused them. He then told me that I was just there to argue. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I just needed my emissions done and they weren’t capable of keeping a calm professional attitude. To anyone looking at getting their emissions done here be prepared to be treated rudely and screamed at. I will be taking my business to a place
