This place is absolutely terrible. I brought my car in to have the thermostat and spark plugs fixed, and they ended up breaking my coolant reservoir in the process. To make matters worse, they never reinstalled the skid plates—just tossed them in my back seat. And after all that, it still took them an entire week to finish the job. Completely unprofessional and careless.

Cosmos Auto Shop runs hell of a show. They do it all either BIG OR SMALL work. I didn’t get a chance to speak to the owner. I stopped by few times and employees were very friendly and accommodating. My dictionary is running out of words to describe how immaculate/clean this shop is. Whoever was here before this shop were very rude/nasty. Now they are super-friendly here and I will stop by again to see owner and definitely plan on getting my car serviced here many times in future.

As a women that doesn't know about cars I can reassure that this shop did not take advantage of me. Not only did they do a good job they also have the best prices
