Cost Less Auto Parts

I tell you what this is the best place in Hazel Dell to get parts. The staff are very knowledged in auto parts, everyone there is very out going even when stressed and not to mention I went in there with my back against the wall and they did everything they could to help me out.... This will be the only place I get parts from here on out.... There amazing on pricing as well. Beat everybody in town..... If you need any part this is the place to go.... I would give them 10 starts, 10 times over...

Cost Less has always been my go-to for auto parts in Vancouver, but my recent experience was disappointing. When I needed a new battery and tried to pay with a check from Gung Ho ministry (due to being a veteran in need), the staff initially said it was fine but later refused the payment after I removed my old battery for exchange. Poor communication between employees left me empty-handed, feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and customer service.

The employees there are all very helpful, good attitude, smiles, and prices some are affordable, thank you guys I am a woman who don't know anything about cars except the driving one, and you answered me all my concerns with honesty.

Went in to get headlight bulbs and the man at the counter was the best. I think his name was mark
