Christi Acree was phenomenal to work with. She was incredibly professional while also being personable and attentive. She listened carefully to my concerns, processed my information quickly, and when I didn’t have everything ready, she made it simple by giving me a number I could text my documents to and then promptly called me back. Christi also gave me a direct line so I’ll never have to deal with an automated system if I need help in the future. From start to finish, the entire process only took about 20 minutes, and she still managed to secure me a significantly lower rate than what I had been paying.
