I would be hesitant to purchase a policy from this agency. They sold a policy to a customer of mine without completing the application correctly. This led to a delay in confirming coverage after the very unfortunate event of my customer being involved in an accident. This also led to him not being able to use his rental car coverage. A big deal when you rely on your vehicle for work, it has been over a week for him without a car. I would advise management to further train their agents and the specific agent for this policy sold was Carolina Buenrostro. I will be filing a complaint with the department of insurance as well. Stephanie De La Cruz helped me get insurance that fit my budget I ended up with everything I needed.
