I took my car to this specific location in June for a routine oil change. Shortly there after, my car started leaking oil and I was informed it was due to a cracked oil pan from most likely someone not being able to get my drain plug out. I was immediately made out to be a liar so the manager, Kevin, went to the shop to see my car even though he’s not a “mechanic”. My car was in the shop for a week before they decided they were going to send a “supposed” mechanic to the shop to see my car again. I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Coming I can get in and out within a reasonable time. Great customer service and honest folk. On my recent visit everything was went well till one flaw was discovered while driving. My motor underliner was not properly bolted down (underliner got caught in wind and sheared the attachment plate while driving). I called Costa and spoke with Kevin. Like any reasonable person he said swing by and give them opportunity to look at it and discuss with me. It was determined that a mistake was made and Kevin took care of the problem. He took ownership of the issue which I appreciate; you don’t get that from other shops without a fight. I appreciate the work and will definitely be back!

Needed to find a new oil change place after where I had been going for 8 years had recently disappointed me. Costa Oil had reasonable pricing, FAST service, and a friendly staff. I also like they have a loyalty program that can get you 50% off a future oil change. Will definitely be back.

It was my first time here but it definitely won’t be the last! Kevin was so friendly and helpful. I also didn’t realize they didn’t open until 9 and he was gracious to get me in a few minutes early! Great pricing as well.

Stopped in to have our oil changed on the Ram. We are particular about the oil we use and brought the required amount with us, along with a new filter. Staff there were great. Let us know what was going on. Confirmed what we needed. As I looked around, I noticed that the facility was kept up and clean. We did not have to leave the vehicle and the service was complete after 20 minutes. They would have been done earlier, but I had questions and we all had a few wonderful conversations. Everyone was genuine and helpful. I do plan on going back. Especially if they start carrying some Rotella T6.
