Costco Auto Program

The Costco Auto Program was great for me. This was my first purchase using this program and it did not dissappoint. The discount was immediately shown, and it simplified the purchase process. I initially asked to speak to three different dealerships. Two of the three contacted me immediately. The process was smooth, easy, and very helpful. Thank you, Costco, for this great program. I will tell everyone about my great experience.

Even though I ended up buying a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from another dealer because they had the trim I wanted, I still want to give a shoutout to Ocean Subaru of Fullerton for their amazing service. The team was super friendly, fast to respond, and really professional. Maya especially was great—she quickly sent me the Costco member pricing and made the whole process easy and comfortable, which I appreciated since I’m not the best negotiator. Big thanks also to the Costco Auto Program for making car buying so straightforward. I’ve now used it twice in two months—no hassle, no pressure, just smooth and easy.

Personally would never buy a car any other way. The Costco member pricing sheet helped take care of extra dealer, add-ons and Honestly, I got a better deal than anybody else was offering. When I went to buy the car with my preapproval from my credit union, I mean, I probably only spent 30 minutes in the dealership and I had keys in hand. Tyler Rowe assisted me initially as he is part of the Costco Auto program but Marco was the one there that day and if you need a car, Marco is the guy!

Found a great deal on a used car that was lowered by an additional Costco discount. Everything was up front and the dealership was great to work with (Theodore Robins Ford). This seems to be the rare instance in which a deal that seemed too good to be true was in fact not.
