Costco Tire Center

Costco has high-quality tires and if you’re getting a whole set, there’s usually some coupon for at least some of the brands they carry like Michelin where you can get a pretty good deal. Their warranty is good, they rebalance them for free if you purchase them there, and they fix flats for free. The problem is that the wait for the tire center is often long.

Made an appointment to patch a tire. When I showed up, I was told that they would call me to tell me if they were going to be able to repair it or not. Two hours went by with no call. Mind you, I had been waiting at the warehouse the entire time. I finally went to the counter as the warehouse was closing, and nobody was present at the desk. I decided that I should call as well, because they’d at least a set the phone right?? Wrong. After 8-10 minutes of that… I left and found someone at merchandise pickup who walked to the back office at the tire center to get someone there to speak with me. He was very short. Asked what car was mine, then told me it’ll be about 5 minutes and that they were behind. Two hours behind, with a scheduled appointment is crazy for a patch. 5 minutes has come and

Amazing team, great customer service. I brought in my one tire after hitting a road hazard on the highway near construction. The bays were empty, and the team installed the tire for me. Really appreciated that. Tyler, Adrian, and each member (didn't see their names) are true perfessions of their trade, the standard in this field. Thank you again.

Wasted time and money. Called ahead to see if they do tire disposal. They told me YES as well as the price for disposal. I confirmed that they will take the large amount of tires I had to dispose, again they said YES they can dispose the quantity I have. Less than an hour later I arrive and they said don't do tire disposal. Not sure who answered the phone but sounded like the manager. Wasted my time and money trying to dispose of my tires. No communication. If you say one thing to the customer on the phone, only to say no once customer arrives. Ridiculous.

Great prices, they always use nitrogen, and they ensure each tire is inflated to the proper pressure and torqued to spec. They only carry Michelin, Bridgestone/Firestone and BF Goodrich, and the road hazard warranty matches Discount Tire. They also carry Interstate Batteries—most with a 36-month warranty.
