Costco Tire Service Center

I had an excellent experience getting my tires installed at Costco. I checked in at 12:10 PM for my 12:15 PM appointment, and to my surprise, I received a message exactly at 1:10 PM saying my car was ready. The entire process was smooth, simple, and very efficient. The staff was friendly and organized, and everything went exactly as scheduled, no delays, no hassle. It’s rare to find such prompt and professional service these days. Highly recommend Costco Tire Center for anyone looking for reliable and quick tire service!

Careful bringing your car to this location, If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car in after buying tires online and made an appointment. I showed up on time and the staff was able to take my car back quickly. I asked about having replacement TPMS sensors installed and the woman working the front desk said she would make a note for the installers. I received a text about 70 minutes later that the tires were done and picked up the keys quickly, but the request about the TPMS was never delivered to the installers, which was an annoyance but not a huge deal. As I arrived to my car I found in the passenger seat all 4 of my wheel locks and wheel key which were all completely stripped. On the new tires were 4 regular lugs. On the print out page there was highlighted on the second page

They honored the appointment and were done on time, however they damaged all four of the wheels while putting on the tires. On each wheel there are deep gouges by the tire stem that are all nearly identical in size, shape, and location..

I had a wonderful experience at this tire center. I came in with a flat tire and had a warranty on it. I wish I had written down the name of the person that helped me but she was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the tire, which wasn’t easy to find. I had to leave in the morning the following day and they were very considerate of that. All of the employees were great.

Costco tire center is great to deal with! rotation, balance, nitrogen inflation, nitrogen conversion, and even flat repair. Staff has always been so helpful (especially Desiree who went out of her way to help us today on the phone). We always get our tires here now!
