Costco Tire Service Center

Horrible experience had to wait for 5 hours to get tires to be put on, note had an appointment for 12:15 pm…. Then one of the 4 new tires they put on went flat while on the highway. Re inflated tire and went back to nothing but excuses!!! These so called mechanics don’t know what they are doing. They will put you in danger with their inexperience.

I had a tire issue and they took me without an appointment and everything was complete in less that two hours. All of the employees were very kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Horrible experience. I bought in Tesla model y for tire inspection due to nail stuck at one of the tires. First mechanic told me they can work on the tires since it not sound dampening ones. I waited 2 hours and then another mechanic told me they cannot do anything since it’s sound dampening. They seem to find an excuse on not doing the work.

I’m greatly disappointed. Given my past experiences with other tire places, I decided to trust Costco’s tire team with my car, thinking, “I’ve been a loyal member for years—this should be smooth.” I made a 4:00 PM appointment, and as I tried to head directly to the tire center, I was stopped by a receipt clerk and told to walk all the way around the building. That small interaction was frustrating, but I brushed it off and kept moving. When I got to the tire center, there was a line. No problem, I figured since I already entered all my car info (year, make, model) online, checking in would be quick. I politely asked the attendant how to check in for online appointments, and he told me to just get in line. Cool. It’s now 15 minutes past my appointment time. I get to the counter and the a

If you walk into the tire center, be prepared to wait a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY. VERY LONG TIME JUST TO BE SEEN. I came in as the 2nd person in line and have been standing here for 20 minutes. Still waiting. Most of the time, no one was even at the desk. And when the one guy is there, he doesn't say anything. Like I'll be with you momentarily sir, or something. This isn't my 1st experience here but it will be my last.
