Costco Tire Service Center

David gets 5 stars for customer service!!! He went out of his way to be helpful!!! The front desk girl was excellent as well!

TLDR; Huge thanks to David, Paul and Kienan (also the team members at the front desk), who fixed the tires like a speedrun. I got to the tire center 20 minutes before closing (8:10pm~) . My front tire is completely broken after a long road trip and I really need to go to SD to visit a friend that I haven’t seen for 7 years the next day. After hearing our story, the whole team worked together and fixed all the issues. With their help, we safely get SD. The front desk team members help me to setup membership (yeah, I don’t even have a membership when I got there and there is no other tire repair shop still open at 8 pm). They also helped me to check the storage of the tires we want to get even though this is not their job. Then the superhero David and the team in tire shop took our request

I had an appointment to replace my tires at 5:30 pm. (I spent $1300 on new tires). I handed over my vehicle at 5:28 pm. I was told 1.5-2 hours. I’m still here, and my tires are still not on the vehicle at 9:10 pm. I haven’t receive any updates. Terrible customer service.

As a bunch of people have already said, there’s really no point in making an appointment when this location doesn’t seem to care. I’m at 2 hours, 15 minutes from when my appointment started - and am still waiting for a simple 4-tire install to be done. Truly ridiculous.

Even though we made a reservation for tire rotation at 2pm, they didn’t touch the car for two hours! Finally the tires were rotated and we went home for dinner. On the way home we saw that the tire warning light was on, so we returned the next morning. David discovered a nail in one tire that was not there when we dropped it off. Fortunately he stood good for replacing that tire as it was in the side. He was very efficient and told us to contact him if anything else was wrong. We will be sure to work only with him next time.
