Costco Tire Service Center

This costco tire center is going down the drain over the years. Do not buy or do tire change from this location. I am 20 yrs customer.

Friendly staff, the manager was great. Helped us with our flat tire.

The beard guy is knowledgeable and professional and honest. Thank you for testing my tires out and we came up with 4 options and he took his time to check my car out.

I went for a repair on a tire which was leaking air. Tech told me after checking that it is not fixable and need to replace it with new tires (recommended two) which was almost $400. So I said let me think about it and went to different auto repair shop and they were able to fix the tire for $40. Costco charges $10 to repair BUT I bet they hardly repair and make people buy new tires. Wonder how many tires they have replaced when they could have been simply repaired? SHOULD THIS BE REPORTED TO ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCY?

Bought some tires (7 days or less to be delivered at this location) They told me they would call me when the tires would be here, Its been over a week. Impatient maybe. But I can't seem to be able to contact them. nobody is answering the phone. They are fast to take the money but don't want to answer the phone.
