Costco Tire Service Center

My new care came with nitrogen filled tires, and I kept them inflated with nitrogen for years and years. It was very convenient -- they would maintain their pressure for months and months. But a year ago, I had an emergency repair and replaced two tires, then this year had to replace the other two. So I ended up with air filled tires. I wanted to go back, and then discovered that the Costco tire department has a nitrogen machine. They will purge the air and refill all four tires for only $13. What a deal! When I dropped my car off at the appointment time, it was done in about 45 minutes.

Be prepared to wait hours for your car to be worked on. Zero communication on wait times. When you follow up, you will get an answer that brushes you off. Costco does great on so many services, but fails tremendously in service and customer service for tires. Recommend avoiding at all costs.

I stopped by the Costco Tire Center in Summerlin just to add air to my tires, and Lauren absolutely saved the day. I’ve asked for help before and never quite understood the process, but she was the first person who explained everything clearly, patiently, and without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. Even though I wasn’t getting tire work done, she took the time to walk me through it step by step, and now I finally get it...something I’ll carry with me for life. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to teach truly stood out. Thank you, Lauren! You were amazing, and I’m so grateful for your help.

Very disappointing experience at this Costco Tire Center. All three employees working there had a bad attitude and acted like they hated their jobs. No customer service at all—rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. If you don’t want to deal with customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Management really needs to address this or find people who actually care about helping members.!!!

Made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped my vehicle off and nothing was done for 2 hours. Decided to take the service else where. They dont mind wasting people’s time. I made an appointment because After I got new tires from them, my steering wheel wobbled at high speed. They also over inflated my tires to 50 psi on 42 recommended tires. Complete fail each and every time
