Costco Tire Service Center

Even with the crazy demand on this crew for winter tires they were able to fit me in for a flat repair. Not only that but Nathan pointed out I was due for a tire rotation and took care of it while I was there to save me a trip. Everyone was focused, kind, attentive and efficient. Nampa Costco Tire crew is the way to go!

Wow don’t try calling you’ll either not get through or be on hold until you give up. I’ve been calling all day since I’m having issues with the online ordering. Why don’t you have a better customer service call line for the tire ordering. These guys I’m sure are working hard but any other department answers no problem. Guess I’ll be buying tires somewhere else that has workers available.

The manager from the tire is really ridiculous, I bought a new tires from them Include the insurance road hazard everything is possible they sell all the insurance I bought from themand then one month later I had a flat tire I went to the tires, in that guy told me the tire cannot be fixed. I have to purchase a new one. We kind of fight a little bit each other because he said my insurance doesn’t cover., He’s so stupid you know what he said he said” You bought the tires on sale. I’m gonna charge your full price right now $300 a tire “ I left and they said I’m gonna see you in court And then half hour later, he called me and he said OK. You only have to pay hundred bucks for prorated something like this.. I never gonna buy tire from Costco not because Costco doesn’t offer good deal, because

I want to thank Christian at the Nampa Costco Automotive section. I needed to replace a car battery and assumed my old one was no longer under warranty, so I didn’t even think to ask. Christian politely offered to check for me just to be sure. It turned out I still had a significant amount of prorated warranty left, saving me a lot of money on the replacement. I truly appreciate Christian's help!

We had an emergent situation with not 1 but 2 tires that separated on us on a trip from Portland to Iowa. Luckily we were able to make it to the Costco tire center though it was very scary and thought we wouldn’t. We slept in our van in the parking lot and when they opened the next morning, went in to buy tires. Nate was so incredibly kind and helpful and was able to get us in and taken care of. We are VERY grateful for the urgent help and fitting us in! Thank you!!!
