Costco Tire Service Center

Good price, easy to order but waited over 2 hours past my appointment before they took the car back. Not sure the point in the appointments. I have to add to earlier review. We ended up getting our car 3 hours after our appointment. For putting on 4 tires. And then they handed us our keys so we could find our car somewhere in the Costco parking lot. In the dark. In 24 degree temp. Just thinking if I had been alone.

Service takes for ever even with an appointment. I waited 4 hours to get tires rotated even with an appointment. My car didn’t even make it inside the shops for 3 of those 4 hours. Had all 4 tire sensors replaced by them and now after $250 spent none of the tire sensors work. Tried to call and get a hold of someone but they will never answer the phone. It does not matter what time of day they will not answer. Friendly staff but everything else has been a disappointment. Just save yourself the time and hassle and use a different tire shop.

Mediocre, takes customer for granted. I bet you confront these people with any of this and they will just make excuses, typical response. Your car will wait for atleast 1 hr after you get a token. I had to pay for tire rotation despite the previous owner purchasing the tires from Costco for this car. Anyways, was told come back for next rotation after 6k miles. Was told there would be a sticker in car pasted for rotation. When I told no sticker pasted was told at help desk just come back after 5k miles or wait outside the workshop to get the sticker. I waited and I was given a sticker that said 6k miles. As always tires over inflated at 38 psi. Went back for torque check I was told park car, sign paper work inside sign the paper work, show the receipt outside then they will retorque. E

I had 4 tires replaced at their center a week ago. The wait was almost 3 hours despite having an appointment and when I received my car back, the key was broken causing the car to not start. Key had to be taped back together to work and will cost over $200 to be replaced. In addition, after noting a worsening thumping noise when driving my car for a couple of days, I realized the lug nuts on my front passenger tire were completely loose and my wheel was in the verge of falling off. This could have been potentially catastrophic if I was driving on a highway and could have caused serious damage to not only my car but to myself. Extremely disappointed with the service they provided.

Horrible experience!! Went to Costco for regular tire rotation and had to wait for 3 hours even with appointment. The tire was replaced with a spare one and no clear explanation was given as to why the old tire cannot be fixed or replaced. Walked out exhausted and then saw the car key was also broken when it was pushed to start the car. Somehow taped and headed back home. Not worth the time and energy at all.
