Costco Tire Service Center

Avoid this place. The staff is straight-up rude and completely unprofessional. They told me my car would be ready in 3–4 hours. Five hours later when I checked they hadn’t even touched it—hadn’t even pulled it into the bay. Total lies. I collected my keys and walked away. And whatever “benefits” or “free services” they brag about with tire purchases? Absolute garbage. You’ll never get to use them. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Peter who is the technician at north Brunswick Costco tire center is a life saver!! A couple weeks ago after I finished shopping at Costco I couldn’t start my car. I went to tire center and Peter right away came to the rescue! He was so friendly and didn’t let me feel I was bothering him. Thank you! Thank you so much Peter!!! BTW, we always get our new tires from Costco and always are happy with their service. Love Costco!!!

Came here to replace 4 tires. Started a bit later than appointment, but the mechanics managed expectations well. Was done in about 1.5 hours. After a few days of driving, a muffled reverb sound upon each rotation was coming from one of the front tires and got progressively worse. Took it back for another appointment, which was again delayed by about 30 minutes. It turns out the psi on every tire was dangerously high at 40 or above. I did NOT inflate the tires after they were installed. Also, the front right tire was also not balanced. The mechanic was quite nice, made the fix, and suggested to replace the rims and they will put them on for me. Do what you will with this information.

Terrible experience, never again going to this costco tire center. They always insist for appointment but they never honor the time slot with no concern for customers time. You loose your appointment if you are late by 15 mins but they check you in at appointment time and leave you/your car unserviced for 1.5hrs. In my case, Appointment at 12.15, reached at 12pm , waited in line and got checked in at 12.20 only to be told at 1.55pm that they do not service the tire brand my car has.

Book for 1:45 they didn’t started working on the truck until 2:30pm like how is that even ahh talk about messing up my schedule, so i had to wait until 4 for the car to be done,
