Costco Tire Service Center

The ONLY reason that I am giving them 5 stars is because Nathan was extremely patient and stayed 2 hours over the time that they closed. He had a smile the whole time …. Even though they were way understaffed ! He was very nice and helped with my warranty problem . He even stayed longer to help a lady that had a flat tire. There were no other places open . Yet he stayed and helped her. Not many young people would go out of their way to help on a Sat night ! I came in for a nail in my tire . Which again I was told I had to buy a new tire ! The warranty is terrible ! But Nathan discounted it for me . This is the 2nd time in less than 2 years that I had to buy a new tire . I had bought 4 new tires . They were supposed to be the better…. more expensive tires … with an 80000 mile warranty. I

My father took his truck here (12/13) for new tires, and they returned it with two scratched rims. When we pointed it out, the front-desk staff tried to tell us it was "just dirt." We refused to move the truck and insisted a supervisor look at it. The “supervisor” admitted it was damage, took photos, and helped us file an insurance claim. However, the claim was later denied, with the company claiming they weren't responsible. It’s clear the team was rushed and careless, and now they aren't taking accountability for the damage they caused. Be very careful leaving your vehicle here; they do not respect your property and the "claims process" is a dead end.

This full service tire center is part of Costco Warehouse Center, selling Goodrich and Michelin branded tires for all popular cars, trucks and other vehicles. At any given time at least one brand has promotional discount of around $70 if you buy four. The purchase price includes mounting, balancing, nitrogen filling, warrantee, repairs and rotation for the life of your tires. Even if you didn't purchase tires here, you can get it serviced at this location. Great service personnel. They encourage buyers to come back for torque and pressure retest. Additionally, they sell batteries for automotive and marine applications.

We took our car in tonight to get new tires put on. We had an appointment and had to wait in line to check in for a bit, but the gentleman at the desk apologized for the wait and helped us as soon as he found out we had an appointment. We advised them that the car currently had a donut on it and the tire was in the trunk and was full of fix-a-flat. They were super understanding and didn’t even show a bit of attitude due to cleaning out fix-a-flat being such a hassle. The technicians were also kind enough to put the spare back where it goes underneath the car which we were not expecting them to do at all, but greatly appreciate the extra effort from them. We shopped while we were waiting for the tires to get replaced and they were kind enough to call me and ask if I wanted the white tire

I’ve bought four tires before, but then I learned that Costco would not provide an alignment for those tires and wheels even if I paid for it. That is a strong incentive to buy from Costco because then after buying tires I have to drive to some other tire company to get them to do an alignment. If I don’t get an alignment, then the tires can wear improperly. I like Costco a lot, but for tires, I was forced to go to a Firestone shop to buy a set of four tires at a less expensive price.
