Costco Tire Service Center

I came in for a tire rotation and to replace a tire pressure senso two days ago. Unfortunately, the programmer was not working, which I believe is not acceptable for this type of service (common, it is a tire center!!) When I asked if they could call me back once it is fixed, I was refused and told that too many people were waiting for it and they would not be calling everyone. This experience definitely needs improvement. I did not feel a strong sense of responsibility or customer care at this location. Sadly, I will not be coming back

Booked an appointment and arrived on time, but no one was at the counter to assist me for over 20 minutes. I had called beforehand to confirm that the tire was at the shop, and they confirmed without actually checking—when I arrived, they struggled to even locate the tire. After finally leaving, I later received a call asking me to return because they were having difficulties with my car. I originally purchased my tires from the Norwalk location and always felt their service was far superior. Unfortunately, this visit left me unsatisfied due to the service I received. I do believe the manager is doing her best, but it’s clear that more staff—or better-trained staff—are needed. The contrast with the excellent service at Norwalk is striking.

The guy with face piercings is the rudest most obnoxious person ever. Tina the manager should fire him. He gives the place a bad name. Refused to fix a slow leak in my tire on sat evening said my tires were too old. Came back a 2nd time with appointment for tire rotation and refused service a 2nd time.

I bought new tires for my car from them and have nothing but good things to say, except that making an appointment isn’t that easy. And if you want to save some time, although they do welcome walk-ins, you must book your time in advance.

Wow. I was so impressed when they refused to rotate my tires. Manager, Tina, asked me to step out of the car to show me why. She pointed, and provided clear explanations of exactly what the problems are. What an eye opener! Then she provided a clear estimate and free services to follow. Easy to make my decision. Do it!
