Costco Tire Service Center

Our family has always relied on Costco tires for all of our needs (on the peninsula). I think this speaks more specifically regarding this location. We brought in a car at 10 am on Friday, was told that since member was not an exclusive member that there may cars in front of her, and would received a call before 8:30 pm the same day. We never received a call, and left the car overnight at Costco. The next day, we called back at 9, and the associate said there were 10 people in line and to call back. When I inquired about our car status, they asked if we had a Tesla and to call back when the manager arrived. In subsequent calls, I was told that 10 people had turned 20 (in 10 minutes). It turns out, they called the wrong phone number (though we checked our phone logs and there were no calls

I got a flat nearby so I pulled into their lot and walked to the counter. There were two guys standing there, one on the phone and one just completed a transaction and was shuffling some papers. Neither acknowledged my presents. The first guy finished shuffling the papers, put them in the drawer of the counter, turned and walked away. Still no eye contact, nothing. The second guy finished his phone conversation, hung up and walked away. Again nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. They lost a huge sale, not that they care. But I ended up replacing all 4 of my tires

Never come back to Costco Tire for any tires again. Erik guy told us to come back early at 8:45am next day because I was late 8 minutes for my appointment. Show up 8:30am next day 7/22/25 the Erik guy came out handed a cone number to the person ahead of me and He said this is the last person for walk-in today….WTH is that? Then I need to return all tires and No need for another appointment.

In the future I don’t buy tires at Cosco , because when you have a flat tire you need make appointment or you have to wait 3-4 hours or the end of the day ( the person at the Costco Reigh told me ). It’s different with other stores as wheel work……when you have flat tire the store take care of you right away or 15-20 minutes. The case flat tire is emergency. Do you think you know your car have a flat time ????

Bad experience in it. Year ago, I got an appointment over one week ago and arrived on time to repair tire leak, it took me 2 hours and finally they tell me they did not find the leak. Then I paid 30 dollars in a small tire shop and they fixed it in one and half hour just walk in. 2nd time I got an appointment one week ago for tire leak repair and arrived 16 mins late due to an urgent meeting, they could only put my car to the last at evening, or change appointment over one week later, I need the car to work and could not wait that long. I gave up and will never visit this tire center again.
