Costco Tire Service Center

Do you like being watched on camera and standing there for 30 minutes with zero customer service. Go to Costco. Costco: You can’t pay someone to run the tire center customer service desk? But you can pay someone to double check your cashiers work and draw a line down my receipt.

Absolute waste of time. I mean c'mon. I love Costco and go there super frequently for the grocery shopping. I saw they have 5 year warranty for their tires, so when it came time for my wife's car to get new tires, I wanted all in on that warranty. I make an appointment, get there the next day for my appointment and they have no tires for the car. It was frustrating but I was chill because I trust Costco and know every employee can't be perfect all the time. So I made another appointment for the next day, paid for the tires this time and was all set. Get there for the appointment the next day at the time, no tires. I have been a Costco member for years. I do really like the Timnath Costco as a whole (very nice, clean store with great staff five (5) star place) with the exception of their tire center which I have experienced poor and unfriendly customer service in most of my interactions (not all though). I have just dealt with it without expressing my experiences as the prices on tires and quality of tires is quite good and convenient while I shop. Recently though, I thought it might be time to say something for other customers that might actually prefer to know. I purchased a battery right at 23 months ago. At the time of purchase, the warranty on the battery was three (3) years, and was told there was no pro rated fee if it went bad within the three (3) years. Well 23 months in and the battery died

wow, worst experience ever. Ordered my tires that were supposed to come in a week, took 16 days. Ok. so I try to book my installation and I could not do it online because next appointment was at least 21 days out and you can only book 7 days out. Then I tried calling the service center to book through them. I tried for over an hour and no one answered the phone. No voicemail. How incompetent can these people be !!! Now I am waiting on my refund. Lets see how long that takes

Horrible service. I went to the front desk to buy winter tires in January. They said they would call me when they came in. I never received a call. I called and they told me they were here. I dropped my car off. They said 45 minutes wait. I checked in at 45 minutes and the man at the desk told me they forgot about my car and that it would be another 45 minutes. A full hour passed and finally I was ready to go. They almost threw out my brand new all weather tires without asking. I only found out to stop them because they charged me a disposal fee and I inquired about it. At that time I was quoted a $50 to change my tires out for summer tires when the time came. Last week I called to schedule. They told me 30-45 minutes over the phone. I came in today and they charged me $75 to switch out. A
