Costco Tire Service Center

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had — and unfortunately, not just once, but three separate times. First visit: I went in for a simple tire plug. I waited about an hour and a half before they even touched my car. After all that waiting, they then told me the nail was too close to the edge and they couldn’t repair it. I had no issue with that decision — safety is safety — but wasting nearly two hours just to be told “we can’t do anything” is ridiculous. Second visit: I had a tire rotation appointment scheduled for 3:15 PM. Due to holiday traffic, I arrived at 3:30 PM, only 15 minutes late. They refused to check me in. This makes absolutely no sense considering they never start working on cars anywhere near the appointment time anyway. Apparently being 15 minutes late is

Got brand new tires, not a bad experience with that. However, about a month later, my tire had a side wall puncture, and unfortunately the warranty couldn’t cover it. I brought my car on Friday morning 12/19 as a walk in, and after several hours they called saying they would have to order a new tire and it would be a couple days. No problem, I just left my car there. Anyways, it’s now 12/26 and my car is still there. I call every day for an update, and twice someone said “oh we’ll have someone call you later on today” and I never get a call. I understand it’s a holiday week, but the lack of communication from them has been very frustrating.

They did a great job with tire replacement on my Tesla. They’re busy, but despite that tire replacement took about 1.5 hours. Very small wait room, expect to find something to do/ walk around Costco.

Work staff here are very nice and professional! We had flat tire Friday night and had to on donut for about 70 miles. We were worried about the condition of our donut when arrived at tire center. Mechanics there helped us check the air pressure of all tires then align the donut to make sure everything works fine. Highly recommended!

This is not my regular Costco Tire center, but I came in end of day for a tire fix and these gentlemen went all out to help me! Great advice, great service. In general I always get good service at the different Costco tire centers I visit - but this one stands out at the top!!
